Katy Hudson

Author and illustrator Katy Hudson won the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Best Book Award Gold in 2014 for her illustrations in the book Animal Teachers.  Her debut picture book, Bear and Duck, received strong reviews, including a starred review from Kirkus. A Loud Winter’s Nap is Katy’s second book published by Curious Fox and Capstone Young Readers. Her first, Too Many Carrots, was the #1 bestselling picture book in the US for four consecutive weeks during Easter 2017 and has recently been translated into Arabic, German, Hungarian and many more. Katy lives in London.
