With a wealth of experience in meeting the needs of schools and libraries across the globe, we work closely with educators to provide high quality and accessible resources for learners of all abilities. So whether you're looking to implement a whole school programme or run intervention methods, we're here to support you as you get your schools learning back on track.

Engage Literacy

"Raintree’s Engage Literacy books have been invaluable in our setting. Some of our SEND learners really benefit from the repetitive nature of the early texts. The non-fiction books at the pink and red levels are age appropriate for some of our older readers still at an emerging literacy stage."
- Carla Nicholson, Outreach Teacher, St Francis Special School, Lincoln

Engage Literacy is an award-winning programme for shared, guided and independent reading. With more than 340 fiction and non-fiction books available. Organised by level and by book band, it can be easily implemented as a whole school programme, or use to top up existing reading resources.

Red Squirrel Phonics

70 decodable books with real stories using words that children can read!

This new programme teaches children phonics skills in a sequential and systematic way, so that they can learn the sounds (phonemes), and the letters that represent them (graphemes) and then practise and apply this knowledge through reading a text that makes sense. This ensures that every beginning reader will experience success in their reading from their very first book!

Great for your pre-reception early language programme.
