It’s an exciting time here at Raintree! On 1st March, we moved all our fabulous books and resources to a new bigger (and better!) warehouse.
New Facility
We are still providing the same great books and resources after moving from Macmillan Distribution Ltd to HarperCollins. Our orders have grown over the past couple of years, and we want to continue providing the best experience for our customers. As such, we have moved to a bigger location!
Ordering
You will still be able to order with us during this time via our website, email and over phone. However, any orders placed after the 11th February have been held on our system. They have now been sent to our new warehouse and are being processed.
Delivery
As our stock has moved to our new warehouse, we should now be able to offer delivery within our usual 3-5 working day timeframe.
Invoicing
If you placed your order on or after the 11th February, your invoice will come from HarperCollins. Any orders placed and fulfilled before then will include an invoice from Macmillan Distribution Ltd. Customers will be able to contact Raintree or Macmillan to resolve any issues or queries. This does not affect your statutory rights as listed in our Terms and Conditions.
Payment
All school orders are payable by invoice, which will be included with your order and payable within 30 days. Please note that we will not be able to accept credit card payments from schools after the 11th of February.
Returns
This warehouse move does not affect your statutory rights. If you need to return part or all of your order then please contact us [email protected]
